Andrew Bartlett

​Andrew assists clients with a wide range of commercial transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets (including initial public offerings and secondary capital raisings), private investments and other financing transactions. Andrew also regularly assists clients with governance issues, general corporate matters and ASX and ASIC compliance obligations.  Andrew graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in December 2016 and was admitted to practice in June 2018. Prior to joining EMK, Andrew worked at PWC and Steinepreis Paganin.
