Andrew Disney

Andrew was admitted to practice in 2003 and has over 20 years’ experience in corporate and energy/resources law. His main areas of practice are capital markets (including IPOs/backdoor listings and equity raisings) and mergers and acquisitions (including via takeover and scheme of arrangement). Andrew worked at Freehills Perth for over 4 years in Corporate Energy/Resources before moving in 2007 to boutique corporate law firm Steinepreis Paganin. Andrew joined EMK Lawyers as a director in 2017.
