Jake Edwards

Jake graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws in 2020. He commenced employment as a Law Graduate with EMK Lawyers in May 2021 after completing his College of Law studies and was admitted as a lawyer in October 2021. Jake’s experience focuses on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, prospectus, notice of meetings, ASX listings, tenement reports, due diligence investigations, and reviewing commercial contracts.
